DIRECTIONS: Mix 3 heaped scoops (included) with 400 ml - 500 ml of water. Shake well. Consume within 2 hours of mixing, or up to 24 hours if refrigerated.

PURE Recovery Shake incorporates the essential minerals calcium, potassium, sodium and magnesium. These electrolytes help with fluid absorption to quickly hydrate post exercise. Potassium can help with normal electrolyte balance and magnesium contributes to a reduction in tiredness and fatigue as a result of extended exercise.

We designed our recovery formulation to be natural and easy to consume after exercise, providing your body with 20 grams of protein for optimum muscle tissue building and repair.
