Shipping & Returns

*All orders are generally shipped next business day if products are in stock, however there may be unforeseen circumstances, such as weather events, promotions and staff sickness, where this is not possible.

Shipping Within New Zealand

All orders for delivery within New Zealand are sent by tracked courier service via Courier Post.  Delivery must be to a physical address - parcels cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, Parcelpods or Private Bags.

Free freight on NZ orders over $69.00

Target delivery times: 3-8 business days
Black Friday promotion target delivery times: 5-15 days

Shipping to Australia

Orders delivered to Australia will be sent by Australia Post eParcel. All deliveries are sent by tracked courier service, with signature required.

Free freight on AU orders over $69.00 NZD

Target delivery times: 5-12 business days
Black Friday promotion target delivery times: 8-21 days

Rest of World Deliveries

All orders to rest of world are sent with DHL Express.  

For rest of world parcels, you will have to pay local duties & taxes.

Target delivery times: 7-21 business days

Authority to Leave
All parcels are sent with 'signature required'.  We strongly recommend that you use a business delivery address to ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel.  If no one is present to take delivery, a 'card to call' will be left by the courier and you will need to contact the courier to arrange re-delivery.

You may provide the courier with Authority to Leave (ATL) if no one is present to receive your delivery. If you give permission for the courier to leave your parcel without being signed for, please note this in your order comments at checkout.

Risk & Responsibility

Unfortunately PURE Sports Nutrition cannot take responsibility for delays in delivery once it has shipped with the courier.  You will be provided with a unique courier tracking ID which will provide real time online track & trace of your parcel.  We will endeavour to assist with any delivery issues where possible.

Returns

PURE Sports Nutrition strives to offer only the highest quality products available and strives to provide the best service possible and 100% customer satisfaction.  If you are dissatisfied with any product, please return it to us and we will replace the product, or suggest an alternative. We’ll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. 

We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of our receiving your returns.
