1. Introduction
Welcome to PURE. By using our website and purchasing from PURE (Pure Group Limited, NZBN 9429041052334), you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all orders from New Zealand, Australia, and internationally.
While we work hard to keep our site accurate, errors may occur. We’re not required to honour pricing or content errors and will contact you before processing any order with incorrect information.
We do our best to protect your data but can't guarantee full security for information sent online. We strongly recommend you use secure channels when possible.
2. Website Use
Accessing our website means you accept these terms. If not, please don’t use our services.
We try to ensure that information provided through this website is accurate and current. However, to the extent permitted by law, we cannot, and do not, represent or warrant the accuracy, adequacy, completeness of information on this website or that it is up to date. We reserve the right to correct any obvious errors and to change or update the information on the website accordingly at any time.
We may link to third-party content— we do not endorse and are not responsible or liable for third party content. You are solely responsible for your use of any third party content and you may be subject to any applicable third party terms and conditions.
3. Product Information & Health Disclaimer
We try to ensure that all product and other information provided through our website is accurate and current. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy, to the extent permitted by law, is to return it in unused condition to us, for a full refund, a store credit, or alternative product. We make no undertaking that a product shown on our website will be available for purchase online.
The content provided on our website is for informational purposes only, should not be relied upon by you and is in no way intended to be a substitute for a medical consultation with a qualified professional. No claim or opinion on these pages is intended to be, nor should be construed to be, medical advice. 4. Orders
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid payment method.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed when we dispatch the goods to you.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer, including to normal retail quantities. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in the currency applicable to your location and are inclusive of New Zealand or Australian GST.
When you place an order you agree to pay your local currency listed. If you order products for delivery outside of New Zealand or Australia, the products may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches its final destination. These import duties or other taxes will be your responsibility.
We take website and credit card security extremely seriously and always endeavour to provide a secure safe platform on which to conduct online transactions.
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and other electronic payment systems. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the designated payment method and authorise us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order (including any applicable taxes and other charges).
We may alter prices and delivery charges on our site from time to time. We will not alter prices and delivery charges for an existing order that has been accepted by us. The prices and delivery charges that apply to the order, are the prices and charges that applied at the time we accepted the order. If there is a pricing mistake on our site, we are not obliged to honour such price and we will contact you prior to processing your order.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are generally shipped the next business day if products are in stock. For details on shipping timeframes and delivery information, please see our Shipping & Returns page.
If you’re not satisfied, or the product has a quality issue, you can return the item for a refund, exchange, or credit. If the issue is on our end, we’ll cover return shipping. We will endeavour to process all refunds within 7 business days, in the original form of payment.
7. Promotions & Rewards
By joining PURE Rewards you’re offered special offers and exclusive member- deals throughout the year. If we amend the PURE Rewards programme benefits and discounts any changes will be communicated with prior notice via our website and to the email address, you have provided us. We will not change any benefits and discounts for an existing order that has been accepted by us.
The membership is unique and is not transferable. Members are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password, and for maintaining the secrecy of your account and password.
Points are only earned online at www.puresportsnutrition.com. Points are not valid on shipping costs. Some promotions where special deals are offered may be exempt from earning Points.
Rewards Points expire after 18 months and will automatically disappear from your account. No other coupon code can be used when redeeming reward points. Sponsored teams and athletes are not eligible to earn rewards points.
In the event of a return / exchange of any eligible purchase that initially earned Points, such Points will be deducted automatically from the Account that was used for the eligible purchase. Points will be deducted at the same rate as they were earned. Upon the return and / or exchange of products awarded through the redemption of Points, all redeemed Points will be forfeited.
From time to time, PURE may advertise or offer exclusive deals to select members to earn extra points or to redeem Points for items other than standard Program rewards, benefits, and discounts. Promotions may not be combined unless stated. Free gifts are limited and may vary.
If you close your PURE Rewards account then points are reduced to zero upon termination of the membership. Points have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash.
8. Subscriptions
Subscription orders are discounted and not eligible for additional promotions. You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time in your Account.
9. Marketing
Unless you have opted out, you agree to us communicating with you via various channels and media (including email, SMS, phone and by advertising on certain websites and social media). You can opt out of receiving different types of member communications by clicking the unsubscribe link on that communication. We may tailor content based on your preferences, purchases, and browsing behaviour.
10. Product Reviews
We welcome your feedback on products you have purchased. If you have purchased a product online, you may receive an email to review your recent purchase. Your review will be moderated to ensure it includes appropriate content, and may be posted on the product page on our website. These reviews may be used (and you expressly permit us to use your review) in our marketing materials, including but not limited to EDMs, digital marketing ads and social media posts without further notice to you.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our site—logos, text, images, design—is owned by PURE. You may not use or reproduce our content without permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee our products or website will meet your expectations. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages where permitted by law.

In the event of any dispute in relation to these terms or any products or services supplied by PURE, the New Zealand courts will have sole jurisdiction over such dispute.

1. New customers signing up to PURE email marketing lists are eligible for 15% off their first order.

Free Giveaways With Orders Promotion

6. Order total is after any discounts have been applied and before shipping costs are applied.

General Terms and Conditions for Competitions and Giveaways
PURE may offer prizes via its social media or other channels. Where such prizes are offered, the following terms and conditions apply.
Prize Winners
1. The promoter is Pure Group Limited (‘PURE)’), located at 209B Opawa Road, Christchurch, New Zealand. To enter, participants must follow the instructions described on relevant social media channels or other channel.
2. The winner will be chosen randomly. Winners will be notified by email or direct message on socials. PURE’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact Competition and Giveaway winners using details provided. Should those attempts fail, another winner will be drawn or selected after 5 days.
4. Prizes are not redeemable for cash, transferable to any other person, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
5. Winners will be notified by email or direct message on socials.
Privacy
1. Participants are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information at the time of entry. PURE is not liable for prize notification failures resulting from incorrect or outdated details.
2. All entrants consent to participate and co-operate as required in all promotional activities relating to the Competition or Giveaway.
Entrants also agree to receiving PURE marketing promotions (which can be unsubscribed from at any time).
3. All information provided by the entrants will be collected, used, stored, disclosed and corrected in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. All entrants have the right to access their information and request for any personal information to be corrected.
Exclusions
1. Anyone who works for PURE, their collab organisation and their immediate family members or any agencies or companies associated with the Competition or Giveaway is not eligible to win.
2. PURE reserves the right to exclude any entrant from participating at its sole discretion. PURE also reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to an entrant who is in breach of these terms and conditions, gained an unfair advantage in participating or won by using fraudulent means.
3. PURE will not be liable for any loss, damage, costs (for instance incurred in accepting or redeeming a prize) or any injury whatsoever suffered by an entrant as a result of or in connection with the Competition or Giveaway, including any inability to enter, complete or continue the competition or giveaway due to equipment or technical malfunction.
General Terms
1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and participants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
2. PURE reserves the right to vary or terminate a promotion without notice at any time.
3. By participating in a promotion, participants confirm they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of all rules and requirements outlined herein.
E-Gift Card Terms & Conditions
E-Gift cards are valid for redemption on the PURE website only. By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem an E-Gift Card, you accept and agree to be bound by, and comply with, these terms and conditions.
All E-Gift Cards have an expiry date of 12 months from date of purchase.
E-Gift Cards may be used on our website by selecting the goods and taking them to the point of sale on our website. When you make a purchase, we will reduce the remaining E-Gift card value by the value of all purchases of goods that are processed against the E-Gift Card. Your E-Gift Card may only be used to make purchases up to the remaining card value. If you wish to make a purchase for an amount that exceeds the remaining card value, you must pay the excess using another payment method.
You cannot:
(a) obtain any cash advance with your E-Gift Card;
(b) redeem your E-Gift Card for cash; or
(c) exchange your E-Gift Card for a different denomination or type of Gift Card or for another tender or discount.
You are responsible for the use and safety of your E-Gift Card. Please treat your E-Gift Card like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded. You are liable for all transactions on your Gift Card, except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us, our related bodies corporate, or by any of our employees.
