FREE New Zealand & Australia delivery
Spend $69 for FREE delivery within New Zealand and $89 for FREE delivery within Australia.
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders next business day. Occasionally there may be unforeseen circumstances, such as weather events or periods of high demand where this is not possible.
New Zealand delivery
FREE delivery for orders over $69.00 NZD. A delivery fee of $3.99 applies to orders under $69.00.
Orders are sent via Courier Post tracked service. Delivery must be to a physical address - parcels cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, Parcelpods or Private Bags.
Target delivery time: 3-5 business days. Allow additional time for rural addresses.
Next Day delivery special rate - only $9.99 For a limited time our Next Day delivery is only $9.99, that's 50% off our usual Next Day delivery charge. Offer valid until 31st August, applies to orders 4kg and below.
Next Day delivery is available to urban areas for an additional fee. Orders placed by 1pm are delivered next business day. Orders are sent via Courier Post next day service. Delivery cost is calculated at checkout and charged at $19.99 for up to 4kg (most orders are within 2kg), plus $6 for each additional kg.
Australia delivery
FREE delivery for orders over $89.00 AUD. A delivery fee of $14.99 applies to orders under $89.00
Orders delivered within Australia are sent via Australia Post eParcel signature required tracked service. Target delivery time: 5-12 business days
DHL Express delivery special rate - only $9.99 For a limited time our DHL Express delivery is only $9.99, that's 50% off our usual Express delivery charge. Offer valid until 31st August, applies to orders 2kg and below.
DHL Express delivery (2-3 days to urban areas) is available for an additional fee. Orders are targeted for delivery within 2-3 business days. Orders are sent via DHL Express delivery. Delivery cost is calculated at checkout and charged at $19.99 for up to 2kg (most orders are within 2kg), plus $3 for each additional 500g.
A portion of your DHL Express delivery fee contributes towards DHL GoGreen+ Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) - SAF can effectively reduce lifecycle emissions of typical aviation fuel by up to 80%.
All orders are sent with 'signature required'. We strongly recommend that you use a business delivery address to ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel. If no one is present to take delivery, a 'card to call' will be left by the courier and you will need to contact the courier to arrange re-delivery.
You may provide the courier with Authority to Leave (ATL) if no one is present to receive your delivery. If you give permission for the courier to leave your parcel without being signed for.
Rest of World shipping
All orders to rest of world are sent with DHL Express. Rest of world shpping charges will be displayed during the checkout.
For rest of world orders, you may be liable for local duties & taxes.
Target delivery time: 7-21 business days
US customs and duty
Previously under an exemption (duty-free de minimis), items valued at US$800 or less cleared US customs without duties and taxes. This exemption is no longer in place and all orders shipped to the US are liable for duties, taxes and fees, to be paid for by the receiving customer.
Returns
PURE Sports Nutrition strives to offer only the highest quality products available and provide the best service possible with 100% customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with any product, please return it to us within 60 days of purchase and we will replace the product, or suggest an alternative. We’ll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of our receiving your returns.
Risk & Responsibility
PURE Sports Nutrition cannot take responsibility for delays in delivery once your order has been collected by our courier. You will be provided with a unique courier tracking ID which will provide real time online track & trace of your parcel. We will endeavour to assist with any delivery issues where possible.
