
Smoothie Recipes
Blueberry Green Smoothie
- 1 cup fresh or frozen spinach
- 1 cup water or coconut water
- 1 medium banana, peeled, chopped and frozen
- 1 ½ cups blueberries frozen (can use any frozen berries)
- 1 serve of PURE Whey Protein Vanilla
- 1 serve of PURE Blackcurrant Recovery powder.
Salted Caramel Cashew Shake
- 1.5 cups milk or milk alternative
- 30g (3 scoops) PURE Whey Protein - Salted Caramel
- 1 frozen banana (or 3/4 cup ice for low carbohydrate option)
- 2 T raw cashew nuts or cashew butter
Coconut Power Smoothie
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1 cup of water
- 2 heaped teaspoon of rolled oats
- 1 scoop of PURE Whey Protein Vanilla
- 2 teaspoons of natural unsweetened yoghurt
- 2 teaspoon Chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
Quick Cacao Recovery Smoothie
- 1 banana (frozen banana will make this extra creamy)
- 1 cup of milk (or water/ milk alternative)
- 3 scoops of PURE Whey Protein Chocolate
Creamy Feijoa Smoothie
- Flesh of 2-3 feijoas
- 1/2 frozen banana (or 1 small banana and some ice cubes)
- A small handful of cashews
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 3 scoops PURE Whey Protein Vanilla
- 1 cup milk (your choice)
- A touch of cinnamon is also a nice addition
